Blank (undecorated) items typically ship within 2–5 business days, subject to supplier availability.
Decorated or customized items require production time before shipping.
Production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Production Time for Custom Orders

Standard decoration orders typically require 7–14 business days.
Large enterprise projects may require additional production time.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Production timelines may vary depending on supplier inventory and order complexity.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large or enterprise orders. We utilize major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

4. Shipping Delays

Crossline Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Incorrect address information provided by the customer

5. Multi-Location & Enterprise Shipping

For enterprise or multi-location projects, shipments may be delivered to:

A single central address
Multiple job sites
Individual employee addresses (if arranged in advance)

Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all shipments within 3 business days of receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported in writing within this period.
