1. General Terms

By placing an order with Crossline Solutions LLC ("Crossline", "we", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to approval and product availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Large custom orders may require a deposit before production begins.
Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

Production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Standard turnaround times vary depending on product and quantity.
Rush production may be available at additional cost.
Crossline is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.

4. Artwork & Logo Policy

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF vector) is strongly recommended.
Non-vector files may incur a setup or digitizing fee.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use submitted logos.
Crossline reserves the right to refuse copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.

5. Custom Orders

All decorated, customized, or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Slight variations in color, placement, or stitching are considered normal within industry standards.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Blank, undecorated items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery (subject to supplier policies).
Restocking fees may apply.
Custom-decorated items are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large orders.
Crossline is not responsible for carrier delays.
Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report issues within 3 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crossline Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All production files, digitized embroidery files, and artwork adjustments created by Crossline remain the property of Crossline unless otherwise agreed in writing.
